Derrick Rodgers - President/CEO
Back ground in Administration, Marketing and Finance. He has for over 25 years been a partner in a successful private insurance brokerage and real estate holding company. In 1988 he began in MLM with the largest most successful company in the industry. In 1995, after previously achieving the top trainer and money earner for several companies, Derrick was one of five primary first round investors to a start up company that within 3 years became the most successful MLM companies (within a 3 year term) at that time. He was a top money earner (over 80,000 distributors in North America) for 3 years and served on the Board of Directors. The company was publically traded on NASDAQ. In 1999 Derrick and a partner launched another company on the west coast and after two successful years sold it to a publically traded company in 2001. Since 2005 Derrick assembled real estate projects totaling over $350M for various resort developers in which he was an owner/developer. In 2011, through a myriad of events, Derrick and a team of successful associates were desirous to birth an MLM company. The company was to maintain the highest of integrity in every aspect of business. The unique products and services offered would be at competitive prices and payout among the highest commissions in the industry to its Business Associates through a proprietary compensation plan. Cary Greenberg, CPA - Comptroller
"Big 4 "background, with corporate finance, governance and administration strengths. Mr Greenberg applies GAAP /FASB accounting methods and SOX implementation as necessary. He also has experience with SEC Reporting, Strategic planning, forecasting and restructuring. He has served as CFO and consultant to several corporations with revenues in excess of $100 million of which several were publically traded. He holds a BS in Accounting - C.W. Post College, Long Island University, New York.
Jamey Cox - Representative Support Manager / Technical Support
Mr. Cox has a background in administration, management, customer support and real estate brokerage. He managed a large Independent Representative, national sales force for a North Carolina textile firm including sales training, administrative support and commission review. Mr. Cox began a successful real estate career in the late 1990's working in residential and commercial real estate. He has owned a real estate firm and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in NC. Also, he defended our country while serving in the US Army National Guard in Operation Desert Storm and is proud to be a veteran.
